The prototypes of the future generation ML-Klasse are fastly losing the outer camouflage, thus revealing more interesting details. The new ML 63 AMG, tested along with the standard version, will sit lower to the ground on large-diameter, aggresively-styled alloy wheels and will feature a wider body and an exclusive AMG exterior design treatment. The unit roaring under the bonnet will be the new biturbo V8 engine, releasing a peak output ranging from 544 hp up to 571 hp out of a total displacement of 5.5 liters. Further tweaks to the chassis and suspension and the addition of the latest AMG driving management solutions will consistently improve the road dynamics of the upcoming uber-sporty SUV from Affalterbach. Expect the car to be released towards the end of the year, just in time for the 2012 edition of the Detroit Motor Show.
